Well it is a gluten free holiday! Two clients ordered GF desserts, a flour less torte, a chocolate cake, and a tropical tart.

GF Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Mousse Buttercream.

With that done, I will begin my Christmas dinner! 

 Desserts will be a vegan pear tart and my signature vanilla spice cake with white chocolate buttercream.
